Full day:
$7,500 (includes 8 hours hearing time and prep); add’l case management fees below.
Half day:
$4,500 (includes 4 hours hearing time and prep); add’l case management fees below.
Case Management Fees:
$395 per party.
Hourly:
$750 per hour for arbitrations.
More affordable rates may be available upon request.
Locations:
Ms. Vincent is available in the Orange County, Downtown LA and Century City offices of ADR Services. She is willing to travel to any location; travel expenses or travel time (for more than 2 hours of travel time from West Los Angeles) may be requested or built into an enhanced flat-fee rate, as appropriate, for a particular case.
Ms. Vincent also conducts hearings remotely via phone and Zoom.
